- The position required by each client is a unique assignment.
We do not treat assignments the same because we have had a similar engagement. Furthermore, we do not presume to know the "right person" before we thoroughly understand the client's specific requirements.
- Quality control of each engagement is of paramount importance to the client, the candidates, and anyone else involved in the search. We maintain the highest levels of professional integrity throughout the assignment, by properly representing the client and by respecting the rights of the individuals we contact.
- We survey candidates (the selected person and those candidates who are strongly considered by our client) after a search assignment to ensure that we have represented our client well, communicated thoroughly and on a timely basis, and treated them in a manner such that they will have a positive impression of our client and the search process.
- Conflicts of interest and search limitations are not an issue in the vast majority of our search assignments. The size and growth plans of our firm limit the number of clients we serve; thus, we are able to provide a thorough, objective evaluation of all potential candidates in the marketplace.
- Our clients work with one consultant throughout the engagement.
This methodology eliminates the confusion regarding the roles various consultants play, and it ensures a comprehensive, consistent approach to the assignment. Furthermore, the client knows exactly who is representing them in the marketplace during the search process.
- Some search assignments may require more time to be successfully completed. We structure and conduct our engagements to ensure our clients' satisfaction. We do not overload our fees in the early part of an assignment which may cause us to lose focus on an assignment that takes longer to complete.
